With 54 stores and counting, we've grown into the local leader in affordable, fashionable shoes — from toddler sneakers and women's heels to men's work boots, all under one roof.
How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, find your order, and click "Request a Refund." All returns are subject to approval. If your return total is over $75, or your item arrived damaged, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Otherwise, a shipping label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund. Please note that the following items are non-returnable: earrings, body jewellery, costumes, shoe care products, hosiery, and Final Sale (clearance) items.
