Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return policy and in store exchanges for all unworn and unwashed shoes and accessories in original condition and packaging. 

How to Make a Return:

  1. Gather your items: Make sure you have the original receipt and the items you wish to return in their original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.).

  2. Start your return: Visit your account and find the order number and item you'd like to return. Start 'Request refund' procedure. All returns are subject to approval. 

  3. Print your shipping label (if applicable):
    If your return total is over $75 or you received a damaged item, you will be prompted to print a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  4. Pack and ship your return: Securely pack your return items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to the outside of the box. Please note that items returned without their original packaging or with damaged original packaging will be subject to an additional $5 restocking fee.

    If you are not eligible for free return shipping, we will provide you with the shipping label, and charge the shipping cost.

  5. Return or Exchange in-store: For your convenience, online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our stores. Please bring proof of your online order and all products in original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging or with damaged original packaging will be subject to an additional $5 restocking fee.

  6. Track your return: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your return shipment is processed.

Refund Options:

  1. Original Payment Method: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at purchase within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  2. Store Credit: You can choose to receive a full refund in the form of store credit, which you can use towards future purchases on our website.

Exceptions:

  • Earrings, body jewellery, costumes, shoe care products, hosiery and final sale (clearance) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review product details before purchase - the clearance products are marked with red 'Final Sale' label. 

  • All items with must be returned in their original un-damaged packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will be subject to an additional $5 restocking fee. 

Gift Receipts:

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at customerservice@fabcoshoes.com with your order number. We will assist you in processing your return.

Lost Items Policy

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.


Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Send the photos to customerservice@fabcoshoes.com. We will provide a replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless already shipped. Contact us immediately at customerservice@fabcoshoes.com for assistance. If the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Within those 24 hours there is also the possibility that a $5 re-stocking fee will apply if the order has already been fulfilled. 


International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
